The first prize jackpot for Super Toto 6/49 lotto game is expected to surpass RM10 million in the coming Toto draw scheduled for tomorrow, May 14, 2005.
The jackpot has snowballed to RM9,529,052 at last Wednesday's draw and there was no winner for the jackpot.
The six winning numbers drawn were:7, 11, 16, 18, 26 and 46 and bonus number 3.
A spokesman of Sports Toto Malaysia said four Toto players came close to winning the RM9.5 million jackpot last Wednesday when six numbers of their tickets matched five of the six main winning numbers and the bonus number drawn, thus winning the second prize jackpot.
They collectively won and shared the second jackpot prize of RM195,335. The winning tickets were sold in Sabah and Selangor.
The biggest jackpot prize for Super Toto 6/49 was recorded in April 2001 when it hit RM12.7 million, which was won by six lucky players.
But the biggest amount of jackpot prize won by a single winner in the Super Toto 6/49 game was RM10.74 million in September 2001 by a punter from Johor.
